Returns Policy

What is the returns policy for UKFS:

We understand the need for a returns policy, so we will accept any item back within 14 days of arrival. We will provide a refund on the item however this excludes original postage charge unless the product is faulty.

Note: Please do not remove any labels or tags and make sure the item is in sellable condition complete with wrapping paper and packaging - so we do not have to charge an administration fee.

Can an order be cancelled if I change my mind:

Our products are usually dispatched on the next day, if you notify us before 12 O Clock (12PM GMT) the next day we can cancel your order straight away at no cost to yourself.

However after this time (12PM) your order would have been processed, packaged and ready to be collected by Royal Mail. You can still cancel an order after arrival through contacting us first, and returning at your own cost.

Can I exchange an item:

If you notify us before 12 O Clock (12PM GMT) the next day we can change the item to another item of the same value of your order at no cost to yourself, or we can offer a higher price item if you pay the difference for the item. After this time (12PM) your order would have been processed. You can still exchange an order after arrival through contacting us, but price difference, returning and posting charge is covered at your own cost.

How to return an item:

If you refuse the item on delivery and it will be sent back to us. The package will be sent back to us with "Not called for" (when the buyer does not collect the parcel from Royal Mail sorting office or post office within a certain period after postman has left a P739 note to inform recipient that the parcel could not be delivered), the buyer can opt for refund of the item but cost of postage will be non-refundable. 

If you have decided to return after opening the package, please repackage the item back into original wrapping paper and packaging. Then contact us for a return slip and return at your OWN cost. 

Note: The item would need to be in a sellable condition, so the item needs to be complete with original tags, wrap and packaging or else we will charge a 10% administration fee. You will receive a refund for the item but not the original postal charge. ALL gifts must be returned with the product, if the gift is not returned we will refund with the price of the gift deducted.

Returns policy on faulty items:

We check every item in house before dispatch, but we do highly advise you to check the item upon delivery. If there is any faults we would appreciate the customer to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please send us a photo of the fault and we will arrange for the return. We can offer an exchange of the product for the same product, another product of the same price, an option to select a higher priced product if you pay the difference or a full refund.

How long will the refund take:

Once we have received the product we usually process the refund straight away, this all depends on how long Royal Mail postal service take to deliver the item back to us.

Note: We recommend the customer to ask for a certificate of posting incase we do not receive the item, as we may not be able to offer a refund if there is no proof of postage.

We will not accept return:

If the item has been used or has been damaged. If the item was purchased from somewhere else. All our products are usually marked with a security pen and can be traced back to us.
